Take a bowl and place in it the onion, the fennel, and the olive oil, put the bowl inside the microwave for 5 minutes on the highest heat setting, when the time is up stir in the rice and pour over the stock, and cover the bowl and place it again in the microwave on the same setting for another 10 minutes. Afterwards, throw the peas and the seafood in, let the whole mixture sit in the microwave for 3 more minutes, and while the bowl is in there stir the lemon juice and Parmesan with the parsley leaves to put the mixture into the bowl when the 3 minutes pass.
