3 Easy Recipes for Men who Don't Have Time to Cook

A large number of men don’t have enough time to cook every day so they are forced to eat unhealthy foods and snacks that take less time to be ready but have no nutritional value. We are planning to change that by showing you three recipes that any man can easily make is little time and without the need of chef skills.

Chicken with Greek yogurt sauce

Although this dish looks sophisticated, it’s actually very light and easy to make even for the busiest man. The ingredients you will need are 2 chicken breasts, 2 cloves of garlic, one cup of Greek yogurt, a quarter of an onion, olive oil, salt, pepper and some herbs including thyme, cilantro, and oregano. Once you have all the ingredients ready, preparing them will only mean chopping the onion and herbs, crushing the garlic, and cutting the chicken breast lengthwise. Mix the yogurt with the rest of the ingredients and put it all over the chicken breast before putting it on a tray and into the oven for about 20 minutes. You can serve it with a light salad.

Spicy shrimps

For men who like seafood, this recipe is not only delicious but also fast and easy to make. The recipe requires 1 package of noodles, 1 pound of shrimps, 2 limes, 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce, 1 cup sesame vinaigrette some mint, some basil leaves, 1 cup pickled carrots, and salt and pepper for seasoning. While you boil the noodles, mix the shrimps with lime zest and juice, the Sriracha hot sauce, and the mint and bake them for about 20 minutes. When ready, drain them, drain the noodles, and mix together in sesame vinaigrette and add the pickled carrots. Sprinkle with chopped basil leaves and enjoy.

Slow cooker beef roast

For this recipe, you will need 3 pounds of quality beef chuck roast, an onion, several cloves of garlic, ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar, ¼ cup of tamari sauce, 2 cups of vegetable broth, salt and pepper to your taste. The great taste of this beef recipe is only exceeded by its ease of preparation. All you have to do is cut the onion in quarters, crush the garlic cloves, and put all the ingredients in a slow cooker. Let it cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours and the result will be a tasty and juicy beef roast. Although the cooking time seems too much, the advantage of the slow cooker is that you simply place the ingredients inside, even before going to work, and you will come home to find the food ready to serve.
